1And the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep,

O candelabro de ouro com um depósito de azeite e sete abajures se refere a uma existência constante de azeite e significa que o poder de Deus se reflete na luz. O azeite se obtinha ao socar azeitonas e se usava em depósitos com mechas para produzir luz. Os dois olivos representam os ofícios sacerdotais e reais.
