3God came from Teman, and the Holy One from mount Paran. Selah. His glory covered the heavens, and the earth was full of his praise.

A palavra "selah" aparece setenta e uma vezes em Salmos e três no Habacuc. Embora seu significado preciso se desconhece, muitos o consideram um termo musical. Poderia ser para levantar as mãos, ou um sinal de adoração ou possivelmente uma exclamação como "Amém!" ou "Aleluia!" para corroborar a verdade da passagem.

6He stood, and measured the earth: he beheld, and drove asunder the nations; and the everlasting mountains were scattered, the perpetual hills did bow: his ways are everlasting.
